Its a great tool. But noticed the inner workings have play when moved with a little force foward and backwards, and was wondering if this was normal?
It has insane power. On a full charge I haven’t found a bolt it won’t remove yet.
I’m a professional automotive technician. I use my power tools everyday, including both M18 and M12. I’ve had the high torque for about two years now. It has broken on me in the middle of a job when I was depending on it 3 separate times. Milwaukee was great about fixing it promptly during the pand...
This impact is the industry leader for a reason, the battery lasts multiple days in a busy tire shop, it’s weighted right, it’s smooth, just all around a great tool
good impact, bought it because my other one couldn’t take lug nuts off my tractor, this impact did it like a breeze. only time will tell how durable it is, looks pretty well constructed so far.
Excellent product. The only issue that I had was short battery life but you’ll get that on those big jobs.
This is the best impact of them all, The Rigid can’t even compare (having used both) In my opinion. This thing also has enough power to break your bones. I haven’t found a bolt that couldn’t be broken free by the Milwaukee.
Not sure why I waited this long to buy one. It's awesome. Power to spare.
I'm my opinion, when it comes to ALL impact drivers and wrenches, there is Milwaukee.. and everything else. This thing is an absolute Black & Decker socket wrecker unless you use high quality impact rated sockets. I have yet to find a bolt, nut, etc, that has even made this thing even come close to...
Milwaukee is quickly making my air compressor obsolete! It was time to rotate the tires on the truck, quite a task for my impact driver and the air compressor. With my old setup, the air compressor was constantly on regenerate mode, using a lot of air to do to job. And with that being said, I sti...
Great price with amazing power. Use with 5Ah battery for long run time. A little heavy but beats having to drag air hose around. Added a video of it in action.
Powerful tool. Works better than my air impact wrench and, of course, more portable. Tested it against my stepson's Snap On cordless impact wrench and his struggled to loosen a nut off a bolt that my Dewalt had tightened. The Dewalt removed the same nut tightened by the Dewalt with no problem. Great...
The only thing I would change(maybe) is the hog ring. Little hard to use. Other than that awesome. Easy on batteries also.
Excellent tool. Handles lug nuts with ease. Lots of power.
I love my MAX XR. The kind of work I do it gets the job doun.
So far so good I haven't have the chance to use it to much
Wont even break a lug loose and after installing a lug,my wife can do a full rotation by hand..Dewalt claims its working fine..JUNK do not buy
Excellent product. I have used it a lot and am very satisfied with it.
I have been looking on youtube and watching regular people use this impact wrench and man i am impressed. I like the fact the these people on here is actually showing you that this drill works in actual situations weather if you are working on a car, concrete, door. I will buy this impact wrench and...
This tool is incredible! My air compressor will probably never be run again. Big, heavy and convenient. Did I mention how powerful this tool is? I am using it as I write this review. It laughed at an axle nut.

what is difference between the 2767-20 and the 2767-22 model
2767-22 is the kit and the 2767-20 is just the wrench
the -20 is tool only has no batteries and the -22 is a kit has 2 batteries, charger and case
-20 is bare tool, -22 comes with battery, charger, case .....
2767-22 Cost much more, cause it is come with nice carrying case, batteries, rapid charger. 2767-20 less expensive ( just the Tool), no carrying case, no battery, no rapid charger.
There is no difference between the impact wrenches. The -20 is only the tool without battery. The -22 is the kit with batteries and charger.
What is the diference between Pin Detent vs Friction Ring, the use, when, etc?
The friction ring is a compression ring that applies pressure to all 4 sides of the socket to hold it onto the impact. The pin detent is a ball and has a spring behind it to provide tension on the inside of a socket.
I choose the friction ring if you keep changing your sockets.
See pictures. One is a detent. The other is a friction ring. The most common that I have seen on an impact is the friction ring. The detent in the picture is on an extension, but sometimes the detent is not the ball shape, but a little more pointy or square and sometimes you need a punch to push the detent back in to remove the socket. I prefer but the friction ring.
It refers to the way the socket is held on. at the end of the square shank that the sockets mount, there is a wire ring that compresses and hold the socket on which is called the friction ring. Most 1/2" impact guns purchased are the friction ring style. Trust me - You will not be disappointed with this impact !!! I retired my air gun since this thing is easier to use and stronger than my high priced 1/2" air impacts
Pin Detent has a ball bearing on one side of square drive that is raised. This allows for impact socket with pin hole to latched to raised pin. This is handy when working in tight applications which socket may not stay on square drive after tensioning. Friction Ring is metal ring at tip of square drive that contracts when socket is pushed onto square drive. It applies enough pressure to keep socket onto the drive. However once sockets become worn from excessive impact applications, sockets have a tendency to slip off.
Is This the impact part number 2767 or part number 2673
I forgot, honestly!
2767-20 = bare tool.
